Welcome!
Welcome to my shed! Last May my sweet husband and youngest son built me a she shed for Mother’s Day. I’m not going to lie. I actually manipulated that process somewhat. The original intention of the shed was to be a place to store the lawn mower, weed eater, etc… I honestly never intended for the shed to serve that particular function. I had a completely different vision. In my time on Pinterest, I had seen photos of all of these lovely she sheds. I loved the idea and saw my opportunity! Hence, I got my she shed. I would like to take you on a visual tour!
Just Exactly What is a She Shed?
For those of you who don’t know, she sheds are a relatively new phenomenon. I like to describe it as a female version of a “man cave.” After all, women need to have a place to retreat from the stressors of life just like men do. If you are intrigued by the idea, please check out my previous blog post for more information and some inspiration! Without further ado, let me take you on a visual tour of my she shed!

What’s Next…
There you have it! This is my she shed. My next step will obviously be the outside. I’ve been having trouble deciding on the colors for the outside. I would like to add window boxes with herbs and/or flowers on the outside. A small porch or deck would be lovely. I would welcome any suggestions that you have for the outside!
Holiday Decor
I’m looking forward to decorating my she shed for the holidays! I regret that I didn’t take very many photos of last year’s Christmas decor. I will be sure and do so this year and will share those with you! Thanks for looking, and please consider leaving me your comments! 🙂
